National Minimum Wage 2025. New national living wage (nlw) and national minimum wage (nmw) rates will come into force from april 2025 Following a significant 10% increase to the national minimum wage (nmw) in 2024, it is set to be increased by a further 6.7% from 1 april 2025 to £12.21 for those 21 and over to reflect the cost of living.

Since 1 january 2025, the national minimum wage is €13.50 per hour. The national minimum wage is set to increase from april 2025, with proposed rates expected to range between £11.82 and £12.39 per hour for those aged 21 and over.
